The Basque Business Incubation Centers, acknowledged by the European Comission as European Quality BIC, support innovative and technologically advanced enterprises and projects.

Their prime objective is to promote new businesses creating job opportunities, by adopting an integrated approach that encompasses everything from preliminary consultation to support in the drafting of the Business Plan, identification and selection of the most suitable financing package and strategic partners, through to finding a suitable location for the project to take root.

The network of incubators has been recently reinforced by the addition of a bioincubator, which provides specific services and facilities for biocompanies.
