Last January, the Basque company Dynakin signed a collaboration agreement with the German company Dr. Regenold Gmbh to launch its internationalisation process. Dr. Regenold specialises in International Regulatory Affairs and strategic assessment.
Dr. Regenold has founded Regulanet, an international cooperation network present in more than 40 countries and dealing with prescription drugs, OTC and generic drugs, medicinal products, biotech, medical devices, dietary supplements and cosmetics.
The collaboration agreement will foster Dynakin internationalisation process, allowing it to provide its service in more than 40 countries. Dynakin collaborates with biopharmaceutical and biotechnological industries for the development of new drugs and therapeutic strategies.
The company main services include the bioanalytical support in regulatory pharmacokinetic or toxicokinetic tests (evaluating a drug transformation process through the human organism). For this purpose, the company counts with front-line technology for compound quantification in different biological matrices throughout the full development process (LC/MS-MS, HPLC-UV, etc.).
Moreover, Dynakin provides strategic consultancy in pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and data analysis, in compliance with the recent FDA recommendations. Dynakin accounts for state-of-the-art resources for drug development using pharmaco-statistical models that integrate pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics information produced at the different drug development stages to better understand drug performance. This new research scope allows high performance in the management of research-derived knowledge facilitating decision-making in all drug development stages.
Dynakin R&D aims at contributing to Personalised Medicine by the development of methods and products predicting optimal drug dose. This goal mainly applies to the fields of oncology and immune suppression, but is extensive to some other branches such as paediatrics.
